Redford specialises in financial management, levy sustainability, arrears recovery, compliance, and also the turnaround of underperforming schemes. Redford is passionate about helping trustees build financially sound, well-governed communities through practical advice, transparency, and professional service.

Jeff has over 40 years of successful experience in the real estate and property management industry. In summary, Jeff progressed from working in a family-owned business to becoming Business Owner and Principal in 1991. High in-depth knowledge of Sectional Title and Share Block legislation allows him to offer his extensive expertise in managing Body Corporate schemes and complex property portfolios. Jeff also has a proven track record in commercial and residential sales, rentals and property administration and is a trusted advisor to owners, trustees, investors and business stakeholders across a wide range of property sectors. Over the years Jeff has gained very strong management experience, including payment administration, budgeting, reconciliations and compliance oversight.

With over 30 years’ experience in banking, finance, administration, and customer service, she brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to community scheme management. As a sectional title owner and trustee managing the finance portfolio at her own complex, she understands the challenges faced by both owners and trustees. She is passionate about helping schemes achieve sound financial management, good governance, compliance, and positive community relationships through clear communication, transparency, and attention to detail.

She manages the payments department for Coastal Property Management and brings over 35 years of experience in financial and administrative operations across property management, body corporate, and business account environments. Her expertise includes payments administration, account reconciliations, sales and rental administration, and implementing efficient administrative processes that improve accuracy and service delivery.

She has been a Portfolio Manager with Coastal Property Management since 2013 and is passionate about body corporate management. With a keen eye for detail, a calm approach under pressure, and a strong focus on customer service, she enjoys building positive relationships with trustees and owners while ensuring the smooth management of community schemes.

She is a Portfolio Manager’s Assistant at Coastal Property Management, where she provides administrative support to portfolio managers and assists with the day-to-day administration of community schemes. She enjoys working with people, building positive relationships, and contributing to the efficient management of properties. She is committed to providing friendly, professional, and reliable service to clients.

She is a dedicated Portfolio Manager who works closely with Directors, Trustees, and Owners to ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional management of each property. With a strong focus on communication, service delivery, and practical problem-solving, she strives to build positive relationships with stakeholders while helping to maintain well-managed, compliant, and harmonious community schemes.

Navi Iyaloo is an experienced Portfolio Manager at Coastal Property Management’s Ballito office, overseeing 16 client portfolios across Ballito and Scottburgh. She provides comprehensive property management services, including day-to-day scheme administration, monthly financial reporting, operational coordination, and client support. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and client-focused approach, Navi builds strong relationships while delivering efficient, reliable property management solutions that add long-term value to the communities she serves.

Hennie Pieterse is a dedicated property professional with a strong focus on commercial property management, leasing, and sectional title and homeowners' association administration. Through Coastal Property Management, he is committed to delivering practical property solutions, professional service, and effective management for property owners, investors, and community schemes along the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast. With a hands-on approach and a thorough understanding of the local property market, Hennie works closely with clients to maximise property value, maintain compliance, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of managed properties.
