PPRA Registered

Coastal Property Management is registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) under the Property Practitioners Act 22 of 2019. Registration is mandatory for managing agents who hold trust funds on behalf of schemes.

Fidelity Fund Certificate Holder

A current Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) is held and maintained. The FFC provides financial protection for scheme funds held in trust. It is renewed annually and is a non-negotiable requirement for professional managing agents.

NAMA Full Member

Coastal Property Management is a Full Member of the National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA). NAMA membership represents commitment to the professional standards and code of conduct that govern community scheme management in South Africa.

CSOS Registered

All community schemes under Coastal management are registered with the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) and fully compliant with annual return requirements. CSOS registration is a legal requirement for all sectional title schemes and homeowners associations.

FICA Compliant

Coastal Property Management applies full Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) compliance procedures for all new and existing clients, protecting schemes from money laundering risk.

POPIA Compliant

All personal information collected and processed by Coastal Property Management is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.
